Twilight Rotary traveled to Worklogic HR for a special presentation by our own, Robin Paggi on "Unconscious Bias." Robin did a great job of demystifying this timely topic. Unconscious biases are learned stereotypes that are automatic, unintentional, deeply ingrained, universal, and able to influence behavior. Thanks Robin!!
We also highlighted Margaret Thatcher, another famous Rotarian as part of our "Did you know?" series and reminded everyone that our Community Service: Hot Dog Feed for the Homeless will be Saturday, September 22nd.
September 12 is the 2nd Wednesday of the Month so Twilighters will check out The Mark Restaurant in anticipation of our permanent move there and on September 19, Twilight will welcome Assemblyman Vince Fong for a Report from Sacramento.
