Annual Twilight Vision & Game Night

Subject: Join Us for the Annual Twilight Vision & Game Night!

Headline: Quick Business, Fast-Paced Fun, and Great Prizes!

While our bylaws require us to hold an annual meeting, we are keeping things light, fast, and interactive! Join us for our Annual Twilight Vision & Game Night—an evening designed to celebrate our impact, look ahead to the coming year, and play a live interactive quiz for a chance to win prizes.

Note: This is our quick, internal annual gathering—not a fundraising trivia night! Just bring your smartphone and be ready for a fun, interactive evening together.

What to Expect

• 10-Minute Express Business: Rapid-fire updates on governance, elections, and key milestones to cover our official annual requirements.

• The Twilight Live Quiz Show: Grab your phone and join in on a quick, live game show on screen! We will cover fun facts about our service projects this past year, group history, and lighthearted member spotlights.

• Prizes & Bragging Rights: Top scorers on the leaderboard will take home gift cards and fun club perks.

• Food, Drinks & Connection: Enjoy great food, casual social time, and fellowship with fellow members.
