What a great way to start the new year by welcoming the esteemed Past District Governor, Sylvia Whitlock, as our guest speaker at our weekly Zoom meeting on January 6, 2021. Ms. Whitlock was the first, ever female Rotary President. She spoke to us about her history-making venture into the world of Rotary. It was great to have many Centennial High School Interact students who zoomed in with us to listen to Ms. Whitlock, a Rotary treasure who paved the way for women to be able to not only join Rotary but also have the opportunity to make a difference through Rotary and become leaders at every level of Rotary International.
