Twilight Rotarian, Andrew nailed it with his comment, "...one of the most fun Rotary meetings I've ever attended, with a great program about musical theatre in Bakersfield and a stunning performance by a wonderful singer." Bruce Saathoff, Artistic Director for Bakersfield Music Theatre/Stars did a great presentation and brought along Jennifer Resolme perform a song from their upcoming show, Mamma Mia!
We wished three of our Twilighters, Pamela E., Tony and Pam Z a very "Happy Birthday" month and learned about "Colonel" Harland Sanders, famous Rotarian opened his first restaurant inside of a gas station. Andrew provided great information about who is "allowed" to salute the flag and Robin shared that she'll be doing "Dancing with the Stars" at BMT/Stars! (more info to come).
