On February 12th, club members and guests met at Great Change Brewing, located at 4200 Resnick Court, Bakersfield, California, to have a tour of the brewing room, sample some of the beer, and have dinner together. Kim Belmont, one of the owners, gave us a tour and told us why they started the business, how they chose the name, and about opportunities and challenges in the beer brewing business. Her talk certainly showed why she enjoys her job and the pride they have in their products. Thank you to Kim for having us. Thank you to Donna for bringing in our dinner from El Pollo Loco.
