Bakersfield Twilight received a visit from Bakersfield's own Fairy Godmother, Colleen Bauer. Colleen's "Fairy Godmother Company" is a wedding & event planning service. Although her services have been available for many years, the actual company has been around for a little over a year. Additionally, Colleen created the Fairy Godmother Foundation that provides a completely free wedding to a deserving couple each year. Funds are raised through their annual fundraiser.

Past Pres Sandy Foster provided a great Member Spotlight and we learned that Orville Wright was a famous Rotarian.
Twilight will be OFFSITE on April 10 (actually on Thursday, April 11th at the Renegade Room) but we'll return on April 17 when President-Elect Nancy Pollard will run her first meeting! Please attend to cheer her on!
