On August 16th, Rotary Club of Bakersfield Twilight welcomed Jim Lewis. Jim is a Polio survivor and talked about his experience in dealing with the effects of Polio, his missions around the world helping to eradicate the disease as part of Rotary International and the Polio Plus program.
